Rooms are modern and well-maintained, with pleasant balconies with beautiful views. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast with guava jam was good. Accessing the hotel requires navigating numerous steps, which could be challenging for some guests. There was no assistance available for luggage, and the check-in process could be confusing without prior coordination.

The location is prime, just a short walk to the
Beach and local eateries. The staff welcomed us warmly and breakfast on the rooftop was good with views of the mountains. The considerable staircase might be challenging for some, which can add to exhaustion after a long day.

My kids wished there were more activities for young adults. The stairs can be tricky for families with lots of luggage, so a porter service would have been helpful.

The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight, with fine views and delicious food. We explored the nearby historic sites and enjoyed the local beaches. Just a heads up, you will need to climb a lot of stairs to get to the hotel, but it's totally worth it for the experience.
We had a bit of a hiccup with the shower drain in our room. It would flood if we didn't turn off the water every 30 seconds. Not great for a relaxing stay!
